ROUTINE HOME MAINTENANCE

Home maintenance is something that is often over looked by the home owner.  If homes came with a built-in warning light to remind us to do regular maintenance most homes would need fewer and  less expensive repairs when it came time to sell.  Many home maintenance items can be done at little or no cost to the home owner and spenting just a few hours a month could save countless dollars on major repair cost.  Please print this page off as a guide to use in your home maintenance program.  As a part of your home maintenance program, have your home be given a home maintenance inspection once a year.

Some of the following home maintenance tips should be done yearly, some seasonally, and some monthly as a minimum.
