What is a standard home inspection?
A home inspection is a limited visual evaluation of the home, the home's structure, major accessible and visible components and the immediate visible grading around the perimeter of the home, on the actual date and time of the inspection. In other words, a home inspection is limited to what the inspector can see at the time of the inspection.
A standard home inspectionis not a test in which the home gets a past/fail grade. The purpose of the home inspection is to give the client as much information about the condition of the home as possible by a visual inspection.
